Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the International Competitiveness of Coffee in Yunnan Province Based on Porter's Diamond Model
[Objective/Meaning]The paper describes the development of Yunnan coffee export and explores the international competitiveness of Yunnan coffee and the affecting factors.[Methods/Procedures]In the context of Porter's Diamond Model,the paper analyzes the influence factors of the international competitiveness of Yunnan coffee by using the data of the United Nations Commodity Trade Statistics and Multiple Linear Regression.[Results/Conclusions]The total output value of Yunnan coffee industry,the domestic consumption of Yunnan coffee,the logistics transportation cost of Yunnan,and the financial subsidy of Chinese government to Yunnan coffee industry have significant positive impacts on the improvement of the international competitiveness of Yunnan coffee export,while the number of Yunnan coffee enterprises has a significant negative impact on the improvement of the international competitiveness of Yunnan coffee export.Yunnan Province should explore new consumer markets,build local coffee brands,and standardize coffee industry associations so as to improve the international competitiveness of Yunnan coffee.
