摘要
[目的/意义]基于当前的乡土文化状况及其所遇到的困境提出政策建议,以期为推进乡村共同富裕提供实践参考和理论借鉴.[方法/过程]分析乡土文化资源对于助推乡村共同富裕的重要作用,总结乡土文化助推乡村共同富裕的现实困境,并提出相应的对策建议.[结果/结论]结果显示,乡土文化在助推乡村共同富裕的过程中存在资源流失衰退、经济价值转化困难、社会认知存在偏差、相关制度不完善等问题,应从防止乡土资源流失、破解经济转化难题、消除社会认知偏差、加强法规建设4个维度人手,综合施策,助推乡村共同富裕.
Abstract
[Objective/Meaning]Based on the current situation of rural culture and its difficulties encountered,some policy suggestions were put forward in order to provide the practical and theoretical reference for promoting the rural common prosperity.[Methods/Procedures]In this paper,the important role of rural culture resources in promoting the common prosperity of rural areas was analyzed.Then,the realistic dilemmas of local culture in promoting the common prosperity of rural areas were summarized.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.[Results/Conclusions]In the process of promoting the the common prosperity of rural areas,there were some problems in local culture,such as the loss and recession of resources,the difficulty of economic value transformation,the deviation of social cognition,and the imperfection of relevant systems.Therefore,it was necessary to start from the four dimensions of preventing the loss of local resources,breaking the problem of economic transformation,eliminating the social cognitive bias and strengthening the construction of laws and regulations,and make comprehensive measures,thus to promote the common prosperity of the countryside.
