Legal Thoughts and Suggestions on Promoting National Unification according to Law
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has focused on promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.On the Taiwan question,it has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to consolidate and deepen the peaceful development of Cross-Strait relations by the rule of law and promote the peaceful reunification of the motherland by legal means.Under this background,promoting national reunification according to law has become an important research topic in the new stage.Based on this,the paper systematically sorted out the legal issues that need to be solved in the process of realizing peaceful reunification,focused on the protection of the rights and interests of Taiwan compatriots,punishing"Taiwan independence"and opposing the interference of external forces,explained the progress and actual achievements of relevant legal construction,analyzed the existing defects and the contents that could be further improved.On this basis,the author puts forward some legal thoughts and suggestions to promote national unification according to law.
