Research on the Integrated Development of Rural Areas Across the Taiwan Straits:Time Background,Restriction Factors and Realization Path
Rural areas are the hot land for deepening the integrated development of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits under the new era and new situation.This paper focuses on the analysis and research on the main constraints and realization paths of expanding and deepening the integrated development of rural areas on both sides of the Taiwan Straits under the background of"rural revitalization strategy",and then puts forward supporting strategies and measures to promote the grassroots social integration and the construction of a community of common destiny.First,we should improve the leadership coordination mechanism and form a joint force for measures related to Taiwan.Second,we should unify our thoughts to improve our understanding,give full play to our advantages and tap our potential.Third,we need to implement relevant policies and measures to foster the main body of integrated development.Fourth,we need to improve the system of support and guarantee for integrated development.Fifth,we should focus on building demonstration projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of integrated development.Sixth,to expand publicity,summary and promotion,optimize the environment for integrated development;Seventh,we need to innovate the governance system at the community level and jointly contribute and share the benefits of integration.
