摘要
融资难、融资贵问题是制约台胞台企参与乡村振兴的主要障碍.本文以在闽涉农台胞台企为例,采用质性研究的方法,通过深入访谈,了解在闽涉农台胞台企享受金融服务的真实体验.研究发现,当前金融支持台胞台企参与乡村振兴面临着金融供给体系不完善、金融中介服务不到位、金融风险保障不充分等现实困境.为此,本文从拓宽融资贷款渠道、提升金融服务质效、增强风险抵御能力等方面探讨如何进一步优化金融支持台胞台企参与乡村振兴的政策.
Abstract
The difficulty and high cost of financing are the main obstacles that restrict Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises from participating in rural revitalization.This study takes Taiwanese farmers and Taiwan agricultural enterprises in Fujian as an example and adopts a qualitative research method.Throughing in-depth interviews,we aim to understand their real experience of enjoying financial services.Research has found that the current financial support for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises to participate in rural revitalization faces practical challenges such as the need to improve the financial supply system,the need to enhance financial intermediary services,the need to strengthen financial risk protection and so on.Therefore,this study explores how to further optimize financial support policies for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises to participate in rural revitalization by expanding financing and loan channels,improving the quality and efficiency of financial services,enhancing risk resistance capabilities and so on.
