摘要
"新型台商"是台当局推进对外"实质关系",拓宽"新南向"政策通道的工具载体.通过归纳台湾跨境资本在越南的演进过程、活动特征及影响范畴,分析此一群体的商业行为异化及"经济人"角色嬗变,可以认为越南"新型台商"在总体上处于"蓝绿"板块偏移、"台独"势力扩张的转向关口.改变这一局面亟待新时期海外统战工作发挥争取人心的作用,以提升中越两国政治互信为基础,依托我在越侨胞及广大华商力量,加快越南台商向"爱国团结对象"的群体转变.
Abstract
"New-type Taiwanese businessmen"is a tool carrier for Taiwan authorities to promote"Substantial relations"with foreign countries and broaden the"New Southbound"policy channel.By summing up the evolution process,activity characteristics and influence scope of Taiwan's cross-border capital in Vietnam,analyzing the dissimilation of this group's business behavior and the change of the role of"economic man",it can be considered that the"New-type Taiwanese businessmen"in Vietnam as a whole are at the turning point of the"blue-green"plate deviation and the"Taiwan independence"force expansion.To change this situation,it is urgent for the overseas united front work in the new era to play the role of"Winning the hearts and minds of the people".On the basis of enhancing the political mutual trust between China and Vietnam,and relying on the strength of our overseas Chinese and Chinese businessmen in Vietnam,we should speed up the transformation of Vietnamese Taiwanese businessmen into groups that are"patriotic and united objects".
