摘要

为提高电气设备热故障识别准确性,减少由热故障导致的电网供电服务异常事故发生次数,引进电脉冲红外成像技术,以某变电站为例,设计一种针对电气设备的热故障全新识别方法.设定电脉冲辐射线的发射率,实现基于电脉冲红外成像技术的电气设备温度场图像获取.同时,利用均值法、均值滤波法进行图像的灰度化、滤波处理,完成红外图像处理后,引进相对温差法进行图像中高温区域的提取,以此实现对电气设备在运行中热故障的诊断.实验结果表明,设计的热故障识别方法应用效果良好,可以确保识别结果与电气设备实际故障结果高度一致,精准排查电气设备在运行中的故障现象,提高电气设备运行的可靠性和安全性.

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of thermal fault identification of electrical equipment and reduce the number of abnormal accidents of grid power supply service caused by thermal faults,electric pulse infrared imaging technology is introduced to design a brand-new identification method of thermal faults for electrical equipment,taking a substation as an example.The emissivity of the electric pulse radiation line is set to realize the acquisition of the temperature field image of the electrical equipment based on the electric pulse infrared imaging technology.At the same time,the mean value method and mean value filtering method are used for image graying and filtering,and after completing the infrared image processing,the relative temperature difference method is introduced for the extraction of high-temperature regions in the image,so as to realize the diagnosis of thermal faults of electrical equipment in operation.Experimental results show that the application of the designed thermal fault identification method is effective,which can ensure that the identification results are highly consistent with the actual fault results of the electrical equipment,accurately investigate the fault phenomena of the electrical equipment in operation,and improve the reliability and safety of the operation of the electrical equipment.
