随着分布式电源在配电网中的广泛应用,对配电网继电保护设计提出了新的挑战.深入探讨了分布式电源接入对配电网继电保护的影响,如分布式电源接入位置、容量和重合闸等.同时,从电流保护和广域网过电流保护入手,进行配电网电流保护改进,应用输电线路中的距离保护和纵联保护原理进行继电保护.为确保配电网的安全稳定运行,从自适应故障区域保护设计和智能保护设计 2 个方面进行配电网继电保护设计,并根据配电网的实际运行状况,灵活地调整保护设计方案.
Design of Distribution Network Relay Protection under the Condition of Distributed Power Grid Connection
The wide application of distributed generation in distribution network poses a new challenge to the relay protection design of distribution network.This paper deeply discusses the influence of distributed power supply access on distribution network relay protection,such as the location,capacity and reclosing of distributed power supply access.At the same time,starting with current protection and wide area network overcurrent protection,the current protection of distribution network is improved.The principles of distance protection and longitudinal protection in transmission lines are applied to relay protection.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of distribution network,the relay protection design of distribution network is carried out from two aspects:adaptive fault area protection design and intelligent protection design,and the protection design scheme is flexibly adjusted according to the actual operation situation of distribution network.
