摘要

文章提出了用于新能源电力系统自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)的实时调频容量评估方法,以满足控制区的自动发电控制调频能力分析需求.根据AGC调频容量考核标准,整理了影响调频容量的主要因素,并运用历史数据预测调频标准差.以贵州黔源电力镇宁某水电站和光伏站作为例,评估AGC调频容量.实验结果证实,应用所提方法能有效地分配调频容量.

Abstract

This paper proposes a real-time frequency modulation capacity evaluation method for Automatic Generation Control(AGC)of new energy power system,so as to meet the demand for frequency modulation capacity analysis of AGC in the control area.According to the assessment standard of AGC frequency modulation capacity,the main factors affecting frequency modulation capacity are sorted out,and the frequency modulation standard deviation is predicted by using historical data.Taking a hydropower station and photovoltaic station in Zhenning of Guizhou Qianyuan Electric Power Company as an example,the frequency modulation capacity of AGC is evaluated.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively allocate frequency modulation capacity.
