摘要

首先讨论了大型专变和中小型专变用户的采集模式,强调了其在整个系统中的重要性.其次详细介绍了自动化检测系统的关键技术,包括兼容型输送线体、动态视觉检测和模块化检测单元,并提出了一个系统方案,对上下料环节和功能检测环节进行了深入的剖析.最后通过应用效果分析,证明了该系统方案的有效性和实用性.

Abstract

Firstly,this paper discusses the collection mode of large and medium-sized transformer users,and emphasizes its importance in the whole system.Secondly,the key technologies of automatic inspection system are introduced in detail,including compatible conveyor line,dynamic vision inspection and modular inspection unit,and a system scheme is put forward,and the loading and unloading links and function inspection links are deeply analyzed.Finally,through the analysis of application effect,the effectiveness and practicability of the system scheme are proved.
