针对电压、电流检测技术中检测系统可检测通道不足的问题,提出并设计一种基于单片机的电路检测系统.该系统由采集电路、通道切换电路、放大与滤波电路、模/数转换电路、主控单片机以及显示器等部件组成.首先介绍了检测系统的主要技术,包括多通道检测及其相关的通道选通技术、电信号类型判别方法.其次从总体结构上介绍了检测系统,并对其中的放大与滤波电路、模/数转换电路数据处理等关键组成进行详细说明.最后根据多通道检测技术分析和系统设计,得出电路检测系统研究的相关结论.实际问题研究表明,所设计的电路检测系统具有较高的实际应用价值和进一步研究的价值.
Design of Multi-channel Circuit Detection System Based on Single-Chip Microcomputer
Aiming at the shortage of detectable channels in voltage and current detection technology,a circuit detection system based on single-chip microcomputer is proposed and designed.The system consists of acquisition circuit,channel switching circuit,amplification and filtering circuit,analog/digital conversion circuit,main control single chip microcomputer and display components.Firstly,the main technologies of the detection system are introduced,including multi-channel detection and its related channel gating technology,and the method of distinguishing the types of electrical signals.Secondly,the detection system is introduced from the overall structure,and the key components such as amplification and filtering circuit and data processing of analog-to-digital conversion circuit are explained in detail.Finally,according to the analysis of multi-channel detection technology and system design,the relevant conclusions of circuit detection system research are drawn.The research on practical problems shows that the circuit detection system designed in this paper has high practical application value and further research value.
