配电网不停电作业在配电自动化改造中的应用研究

摘要
配电网不停电作业为配电自动化改造带来变革,在明显提升改造效果的同时提升专业化水平,必须在安全的基础上严格遵守操作流程.针对这一问题开展研究,区分配电设备改造、回龙路改造等,使用定性分析与定量分析相结合、理论分析与实验数据分析相结合的方法,综合进行研究.着重探讨配电网不停电操作在配电网检修工作中的运用状况和在配电自动化改造过程中的具体应用情况,并说明改进配电网不停电作业的有效的方法,具有良好的应用前景.
Abstract
Distribution network non-stop operation has brought changes to the transformation of distribution automation,which has enhanced the level of specialization while significantly improving the transformation effect,and must strictly comply with the operation process on the basis of safety.Research is carried out to address this issue,distinguishing between the transformation of distribution equipment and the transformation of the return road,using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis and experimental data analysis,and comprehensive research.It focuses on the utilization of non-stop operation of distribution network in the maintenance work of distribution network and the specific application in the process of distribution automation transformation,and explains the effective methods to improve the non-stop operation of distribution network,which has a good application prospect.
