Research on Weak Current Signal Detection Technology of Silicon Photocell Based on FPGA
Silicon photovoltaic cell is a semiconductor device that converts light energy into electric energy based on photoelectric effect,which has been widely used,but the detection method of its weak current signal is not accurate enough at present.In this paper,a multi-channel silicon photocell weak current signal detection method based on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)and multi-stage precision operational amplification is proposed,which can detect μA weak current signal.Through the actual project operation test,the detection system has the characteristics of high precision and good stability,and can be widely used in the precise detection of weak current signals and other μA-level currents.
