移动式储能的应用场景较为广泛且调度灵活性较高,为保障移动式储能接入后的配电网运行安全,介绍配电网分层优化控制技术,分析配电网分层控制技术的逻辑原理,构建配电网分层优化控制模型,设计优化模型的求解算法.案例分析结果表明,采用设计的配电网分层控制方法,能够合理地控制移动式储能的充放电状态,提高移动式储能的应用价值和配电网的运行可靠性.
Analysis on Hierarchical Optimization Control Technology of Distribution Network with Mobile Energy Storage
Mobile energy storage has a wide range of application scenarios and high scheduling flexibility,in order to ensure the operation safety of the distribution network after the access of mobile energy storage,we introduce the distribution network layered optimization control technology,analyze the logic principle of the distribution network layered control technology,construct the distribution network layered optimization control model,and design the solution algorithm of the optimization model.The results of the case study show that the designed layered control method of distribution network can reasonably control the charging and discharging state of mobile energy storage,and improve the application value of mobile energy storage and the operational reliability of the distribution network.
