摘要

配电网自动化通信网络是确保配电网自动化系统运行的关键,可切实保障配电网顺利实施数据采集、实时监测运行状态和优化配电等工作.因此,自动化通信网络方案的合理性直接影响着配电网自动化管理系统的运行质量.深入研究了地区级配电网的自动化通信网络设计原则,从总体结构设计、通信网络主站方案设计、配电网通信骨干网方案设计等方面,详细设计了地区级配电网自动化通信网络.性能测试结果显示,所提方案具有较强的优越性,对地区级配电网自动化改造中的通信网络建设具有参考价值.

Abstract

Distribution automation communication network is the key to ensure the operation of distribution automation system,which can effectively ensure the smooth implementation of data acquisition,real-time monitoring of operation status and optimization of distribution.Therefore,the rationality of automatic communication network scheme directly affects the running quality of distribution network automation management system.In this paper,the design principles of automatic communication network of regional graded power grid are deeply studied,and the automatic communication network of regional graded power grid is designed in detail from the aspects of overall structure design,communication network master station scheme design and distribution network communication backbone network scheme design.The performance test results show that the scheme proposed in this paper has strong advantages and has reference value for the construction of communication network in the automatic transformation of regional graded power grid.
