现有同步方法的差分波形与原始正弦波波形存在较大误差,因此研究基于数字通信技术的电子式互感器数字量输出同步方法.为了应对环境因素的影响,计算温度变化前后的电阻值,发现存在相位差的问题.提取电子式电流互感器的运行状态数据,对数据进行预处理.根据同步电路输入信号,设定 2 个方波数字信号,这些信号的上升沿、下降沿与两个数字信号相同.在同步控制过程中添加频率控制,使电子式互感器的频率稳定在相对平衡的水平.测试结果表明,重构波形得到的正弦波与原始正弦波波形相同,实验组的同步最大误差值均在 20 s以下,能够实现较好的误差抑制作用.
Digital Quantity Output Synchronization Method of Electronic Transformer Based on Digital Communication Technology
There is a big error between the differential waveform of the existing synchronization method and the original sine wave waveform,so the digital output synchronization method of electronic transformer based on digital communication technology is studied.In order to cope with the influence of environmental factors,the resistance values before and after temperature change are calculated,and the problem of phase difference is found.Extract the running state data of electronic current transformer and preprocess the data.Accord to that input signal of the synchronous circuit,two square wave digital signals are set,and the rise edge and falling edge of these signals are the same as the two digital signals.Frequency control is added in the process of synchronous control to stabilize the frequency of electronic transformer at a relatively balanced level.The test results show that the reconstructed sine wave is the same as the original sine wave,and the maximum synchronization errors of the experimental group are all below 20 s,which can achieve better error suppression.
