摘要

主要研究10 kV配电网供电可靠性的技术措施,分析影响供电可靠性的自然条件、结构设计及设备寿命等相关因素,提出加快高压配电网布点建设、提升中压架空线路绝缘水平、积极推广应用中压避雷线和光纤复合架空地线(Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire,OPGW)等有效措施,为提高10 kV配电网的供电质量和效率提供参考.

Abstract

The article mainly studies the technical measures for the reliability of 10 kV distribution network power supply,analyzes the natural conditions,structural design,equipment life and other related factors that affect power supply reliability,and proposes effective technical measures such as accelerating the construction of high-voltage distribution network points,improving the insulation level of medium voltage overhead lines,and actively promoting the application of medium voltage lightning rods and Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire(OPGW)optical cables,intended to provide reference for improving the power supply quality and efficiency of the 10 kV distribution network.
