针对工业智能化发展的需求,基于单片机的电机控制系统的远程监控和维护显得尤为重要.该研究通过探讨单片机控制原理以及电机控制系统中远程监控与维护的基本原理,从系统的总体结构、系统的功能分析、系统的通信协议 3 个方面设计了系统总体方案,从单片机选型和配置、电源电路保护、信号采集电路、通信接口电路、人机交互电路设计几个方面进行了硬件设计,从系统整体架构软件设计、数据采集模块软件设计、数据处理模块软件设计、远程监控模块软件设计几个方面进行了软件设计阐述,通过该系统实现远程监控和维护,提高电机控制系统的性能和可靠性.
Research on Remote Monitoring and Maintenance of Motor Control System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer
In response to the demand for the development of industrial intelligence,the remote monitoring and maintenance of motor control system based on single chip microcomputer is particularly important.This study explores the principles of single chip microcomputer control and the basic principles of remote monitoring and maintenance in motor control system,and designs the overall scheme of the system from the overall structure of the system,the functional analysis of the system and the communication protocol of the system,and carries out the hardware design from the selection and configuration of single chip microcomputer,the protection of power supply circuits,the signal acquisition circuits,the communication interface circuits,and the design of the human-computer interaction circuits,and carries out the hardware design from the overall architecture design,the data acquisition module software design,the data processing module software design,and the program monitoring module software design.Overall architecture design,data acquisition module software design,data processing module software design,program monitoring module software design several aspects of software design elaboration,through the system to realize remote monitoring and maintenance,improve the performance and reliability of motor control system.
