摘要
民机机电系统主要通过机载控制器实现燃油、液压、起落架等功能,虽然不同系统的功能差异较大,但核心硬件均为基于微控制器的接口处理模块.为顺应民机产业的发展趋势,要最大限度地复用已经成熟的公共模块和技术.文章深入调研了各类机电系统控制器的处理和接口需求,统筹处理器选型和接口资源,设计了基于TMS320微控制器的通用接口处理模块.该模块能够满足大部分机电系统的需求,为民机机电产品的快速开发和交付提供了有益的借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The electromechanical system of civil aircraft mainly realizes the functions of fuel,hydraulic pressure and landing gear through the on-board controller.Although the functions of different systems are quite different,the core hardware is the interface processing module based on microcontroller.In order to conform to the development trend of civil aircraft industry,it is necessary to reuse mature public modules and technologies to the maximum extent.In this paper,the processing and interface requirements of various electromechanical system controllers are deeply investigated,the processor selection and interface resources are coordinated,and a general interface processing module based on TMS320 microcontroller is designed.The module can meet the needs of most electromechanical systems,and provides useful reference for the rapid development and delivery of civil aircraft electromechanical products.
