含分布式电源的智能电网负荷预测研究

随着能源结构的转变和环保要求的提高,分布式电源作为一种清洁、高效的能源,逐渐受到关注.分布式电源具有分散布局、灵活接入及高效利用等特点,能够与智能电网紧密结合,提高电力系统的供电质量和可靠性.文章主要研究基于分布式电源的智能电网负荷预测模型,通过介绍分布式电源的概念及其在智能电网中的应用,详细阐述基于分布式电源的智能电网负荷预测模型的构建过程,包括数据采集与预处理、特征提取与选择以及模型构建与优化等.实验结果表明,所提的负荷预测模型具有较高的预测精度和稳定性,能够为智能电网的调度和管理提供有力支持.
Research on Load Forecasting of Smart Grid with Distributed Power Sources
With the transformation of energy structure and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,distributed power supply,as a clean and efficient energy source,has gradually attracted attention.Distributed power supply has the characteristics of decentralized layout,flexible access and efficient utilization,and can be closely integrated with smart grid to improve the power supply quality and reliability of power system.This paper mainly studies the smart grid load forecasting model based on distributed generation.By introducing the concept of distributed generation and its application in smart grid,the construction process of smart grid load forecasting model based on distributed generation is described in detail,including data acquisition and preprocessing,feature extraction and selection,model construction and optimization.The experimental results show that the load forecasting model proposed in this paper has high forecasting accuracy and stability,and can provide strong support for smart grid dispatching and management.
