摘要
本研究设计了一个综合性的通信工程数据处理方案,在云计算环境中,通过虚拟化、大数据分析以及人工智能技术的综合应用,实现大规模异构通信数据的高效集成、智能处理和分析.研究突破传统数据处理技术的局限,提高数据管理的灵活性并降低运维复杂性,极大提升通信网络的智能决策与运维效率.实验结果表明,该方案可以有效处理PB级数据量,显著提升查询速度,并确保机器学习模型在大数据环境下的准确性和延迟性能.
Abstract
This research designs a comprehensive data processing scheme for communication engineering in a cloud computing environment that integrates large-scale heterogeneous communication data through the synergistic application of virtualization,big data analytics,and artificial intelligence technologies.The study overcomes the limitations of traditional data processing techniques,enhancing the flexibility of data management while reducing operational complexity,thereby significantly upgrading intelligent decision-making capabilities and maintenance efficiency within communication networks.Experimental results demonstrate that this proposed solution can effectively handle petabyte-scale datasets,markedly improving query speeds,and ensuring both accuracy and latency performance of machine learning models in big data environments.
