为确保电网设备的正常运行,日常运维和检修工作中都会频繁进行隔离刀闸或接地刀闸的分合闸操作,因此变电站需要采取各种防误操作的安全技术措施减少设备误动和人身、设备、电网事故的发生.无论是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)还是户外敞开式配电装置(Air Insulated Switchgear,AIS)又或是混合气体绝缘开关设备(Hybrid Gas Insulated Switchgear,HGIS)新型混合式设备,都会在刀闸机构箱的二次控制回路中串联一个由测控装置提供的五防闭锁节点,分析五防闭锁节点在二次控制回路中不同的接入位置,对于可能出现的安全事故隐患提出相应对策,从而更好地保障设备正常运行.

In order to ensure the normal operation of power grid equipment,daily operation and maintenance work will be frequently carried out isolation knife gate or grounding knife gate opening and closing operations,so the substation needs to take a variety of anti-misoperation safety measures to reduce equipment misoperation,as well as the occurrence of personal,equipment,power grid accidents.Whether it is Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS),Air Insulated Switchgear(AIS)or Hybrid Gas Insulated Switchgear(HGIS),the new hybrid equipment can be operated in a variety of ways.New hybrid equipment,will be in the knife gate mechanism box in the secondary control circuit series connection of a measurement and control device provided by the five preventive locking node,analyze the five preventive locking node in the secondary control circuit in different access position,for possible safety accidents hidden danger to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to better protect the normal operation of the equipment.
