基于无线通信的PLC控制系统设计与实现

针对传统有线可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制系统在工业现场布控中的局限性,提出基于无线通信技术的PLC控制系统设计方案.通过构建分散控制结构,实现中央控制站、现场无线通信子站和分散布置的PLC局部控制站的联网控制.实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的控制性能,响应速度快,调整时间短,稳态误差小,满足工业现场对控制精度的要求.
Design and Implementation of PLC Control System Based on Wireless Communication
Aiming at the limitations of the traditional wired Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control system in industrial field deployment control,a PLC control system design scheme based on wireless communication technology is proposed.By constructing a decentralized control structure,the networking control of the central control station,on-site wireless communication sub-station and decentralized PLC local control station is realized.The experimental results show that the system has good control performance,fast response speed,short adjustment time,small steady state error,and meets the requirements of industrial field for control accuracy.
