摘要

设计基于物联网技术的发供电设备远程监控与管理系统,为提高运行效率和管理水平,基于用户需求,制定系统功能指标与技术路线.针对数据采集、网络通信与智能分析处理等不同层面,提出模块化系统架构方案.经过为期 2 个月的现场试运行验证,所构建系统平稳运行,资源利用效率和故障扩展性优异,完全满足发电企业的数字化、精细化管理要求.本研究丰富基于物联网和工业互联网技术在电力装备状态监测与故障预测等领域的成功运用经验.

Abstract

In order to improve the remote monitoring and management system of power generation equipment based on Internet of Things technology,and to improve the operation efficiency and management level,the system functional indexes and technical routes are formulated based on user requirements.A modular system architecture is proposed for different levels of data acquisition,network communication and intelligent analysis and processing.After a 2-month on-site trial run verification,the constructed system operates smoothly,has excellent resource utilization efficiency and fault scalability,and fully meets the digital and refined management requirements of power generation enterprises.This study enriches the successful experience of applying Internet of Things and industrial Internet-based technologies in the fields of condition monitoring and fault prediction of power equipment.
