变电站自动化管理系统中的通信技术研究

为更好地维系变电站自动化管理系统的运行质量,要结合系统控制规范和管理标准,发挥通信技术的优势作用,建立以通信技术为传输通道的变电站自动化管理控制约束体系,进一步确保信息及时传送,并优化信息传递的可靠性和灵活性,共建完整的信息交互模式,提高信息数据的利用率,实现经济效益和社会效益和谐统一的目标.文章从通信网络、传输速度 2 个方面简要分析变电站自动化管理系统中通信技术应用的具体要求,并对现场一次设备和间隔层信息传输、间隔层信息交换、间隔层和变电站层信息传输等通信传输内容予以讨论,最后着重探讨具体的应用要点.
Research on Communication Technology in Substation Automation Management System
In order to better maintain the operation quality of substation automation management system,it is necessary to combine the system control norms and management standards,and bring the advantages of communication technology into play,to establish the substation automation management and control system with communication technology as the transmission channel,to further ensure the timely transmission of information,and to optimize the reliability and flexibility of information transmission,and to build a complete information interaction mode,improve the utilization of information data to achieve economic and social benefits of harmonious unity of the goal.This paper briefly analyzes the specific requirements of communication technology application in substation automation management system from two aspects of communication network and transmission speed,the paper also discusses the communication and transmission of primary equipment and interval layer,information exchange of interval layer,information transmission of interval layer and substation layer.
