Analysis of Relay Protection Technology in Smart Grid
The development of smart grid promotes the continuous progress and innovation of relay protection technology.In this paper,the status quo and challenges of relay protection technology in smart grid are analyzed.The importance of smart grid is first outlined,followed by a discussion of the basic components and key technologies of relay protection technology,and a case study in the context of the geographic characteristics of the Lanzhou City in Gansu Province.In the aspect of technology optimization and innovation,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as improving protection sensitivity,optimizing communication network and strengthening intelligence level,etc.,the application prospect of artificial intelligence,big data analysis and Internet of things in relay protection is discussed.The purpose of this study is to provide reference and guidance for the further development of intelligent grid relay protection technology.
