摘要
文章旨在解决目前智能电网建设与运维管理过程中存在的工作人员专业水平欠缺、现场作业安全保障不足、配电运维体系不完善等问题.通过结合国家电网智能电网建设内容和运维关键技术的实际应用情况,构建运维一体化的制度体系,以全面提高工作人员的综合素质,并引进先进的运维技术,为提高智能电网建设和运维管理水平提供参考.
Abstract
This paper aims to solve the problems existing in the process of smart grid construction and operation and maintenance management,such as the lack of professional level of staff,the lack of on-site operation security,and the imperfect distribution operation and maintenance system.By combining the construction content of smart grid of State Grid and the practical application of key technologies of operation and maintenance,an integrated system of point operation and maintenance is constructed to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of staff,and advanced operation and maintenance technologies are introduced to provide reference for improving the level of smart grid construction and operation and maintenance management.
