摘要

伺服系统的出现实现了机械运动单元的程式化控制,提高控制效率,实现了较高的控制精度,交流伺服系统是常见的伺服系统之一,以其良好的稳定性得到广泛应用.文章围绕交流伺服系统电源变压器故障展开论述,在介绍相关故障现象的基础上,深入分析导致该现象的主要原因,并提出具有可行性的处理方案,为广大工程技术人员提供参考.

Abstract

The appearance of servo system realizes the programmed control of mechanical movement unit,which improves the control efficiency and achieves high control accuracy.AC servo system is one of the common servo systems and is widely used for its good stability.This paper focuses on the fault of power transformer in AC servo system,and on the basis of introducing related fault phenomena,deeply analyzes the main reasons leading to this phenomenon,and puts forward feasible treatment schemes to provide reference for engineers and technicians.
