摘要
文章研究了基于大数据技术的通信网络安全检测方法,并引入了一种自适应支持向量机(Adaptive Support Vector Machine,ASVM)方法.针对通信网络安全监测的需求,构建了基于大数据的监测系统架构,并详细介绍了ASVM方法的数学原理.利用AWID数据集进行了实验验证,结果表明,ASVM方法在通信网络安全检测中表现出较高的分类准确率、召回率及精确率,具有较好的性能和可靠性.因此,ASVM方法能够有效改善通信网络安全监测的效果,为网络安全领域的研究和实践提供有力支持.
Abstract
The article studies communication network security detection methods based on big data technology and introduces an Adaptive Support Vector Machine(ASVM)method.In response to the demand for communication network security monitoring,a monitoring system architecture based on big data was constructed,and the mathematical principles of ASVM method were introduced in detail.Experimental verification was conducted using the AWID dataset,and the results showed that the ASVM method exhibited high classification accuracy,recall,and precision in communication network security detection,with good performance and reliability.Therefore,the ASVM method can effectively improve the effectiveness of communication network security monitoring,providing strong support for research and practice in the field of network security.
