含分布式光伏电源配电网的故障自愈技术研究

摘要
为提高配电网的安全可靠性,文章研究含分布式光伏电源配电网的故障自愈技术.结合分布式协调控制理论,提出一种改进的故障自愈技术,有效地利用分布式光伏电源的灵活性,实现故障区域的快速划分和最优重构,并建立含分布式光伏电源配电网的数学模型.与现有技术相比,文章提出的技术能够提高配电网的故障自愈能力,缩小故障影响范围,缩短供电中断时间,保证分布式光伏电源的安全并网.
Abstract
In order to improve the safety and reliability of distribution networks,the article studies the fault self-healing technology of distribution networks containing distributed photovoltaic power.Combined with the theory of distributed coordinated control,an improved fault self-healing technique is proposed to effectively utilize the flexibility of distributed photovoltaic power sources to realize the rapid division and optimal reconfiguration of the fault area,and to establish a mathematical model of distribution networks containing distributed photovoltaic power sources.Compared with the existing technology,the technique proposed in the article can improve the fault self-healing ability of the distribution network,reduce the scope of fault impact,shorten the power supply interruption time,and ensure the safe grid connection of distributed PV power.
