Exploration of the Application of 5G Communication Technology in Industrial Control Networks
With the wide application of Internet of Things technology and the enhancement of edge computing capability,the structure and requirements of industrial control networks are undergoing significant changes.In this context,5G communication technology,with its excellent high-speed data transmission,low time delay,and the ability to support a large number of device connections,has provided revolutionary possibilities for the development of industrial control networks.This paper expounds a new industrial control network,analyzes the challenges faced by the traditional wireless network technology,and then discusses the 5G communication technology to highlight its advantages,focusing on the specific application of 5G in the new industrial control network,aiming at further promoting the development of industrial automation and intelligence.
