摘要

继电保护通信系统受内外部因素影响,易出现拒动失效.传统评估方法未充分考虑动态行为、故障传播及复杂环境,导致评估结果中拒动失效率偏高.因此,文章提出基于Markov过程的继电保护通信系统可靠性评估方法.通过选取合适的可靠性评估指标全面反映系统的性能特点,利用Markov过程构建状态随机转移概率矩阵,描述系统在不同状态下的转移概率,综合评估继电保护通信系统的可靠性.实验结果表明,该方法综合考虑多种因素,拒动失效率较低,为电力系统的安全稳定运行提供有力支持.

Abstract

Relay protection communication systems are susceptible to refusal failure due to internal and external factors.The traditional assessment methods do not fully consider the dynamic behavior,fault propagation and complex environment,which leads to a high refusal failure rate in the assessment results.Therefore,the article proposes a reliability assessment method of relay protection communication system based on Markov process.The reliability of relay protection communication system is comprehensively assessed by selecting appropriate reliability assessment indexes to fully reflect the performance characteristics of the system,and utilizing the Markov process to construct the state random transfer probability matrix,which describes the transfer probability of the system in different states.The experimental results show that the method comprehensively considers a variety of factors,has a low refusal failure rate,and provides strong support for the safe and stable operation of the power system.
