传统数控设备使用的通信协议数据传输慢、成功率低,难以满足现代制造业需求.因此,提出基于过程控制中的对象链接与嵌入(OLE for Process Control,OPC)技术的数控设备集成控制网络通信模块设计.该模块选用CC2530F256 通信芯片,通过低压差线性稳压器将 5.0 V电源降至 3.3 V,并配置符合OPC接口规范的OPC服务器,能实时分配数控设备集成控制网络通信资源.根据测试结果,通信模块的通信成功率达到 100%,通信速率稳定在15~25 kB/ms,可满足数控设备集成控制网络的通信需求.
Due to the outdated communication protocol used by traditional computer numerical control equipment,the data transmission is slow and the success rate is low,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern manufacturing industry.Therefore,this paper studies the design of integrated control network communication module of computer numerical control equipment based on OLE for Process Control(OPC)technology.Select CC2530F256 communication chip,design a power supply from 5.0 V voltage to 3.3 V by low voltage difference linear regulator,and configure OPC server in line with OPC interface specification.The server can allocate the communication resources of computer numerical control equipment integrated control network in real time,so as to complete the overall architecture design.The test shows that the communication success rate of the communication module reaches 100%,and the communication rate is stable between 15~25 kB/ms,which fully meets the communication requirements of the integrated control network of computer numerical control equipment.
