基于以太网的DNC通信控制系统的设计与应用

文章针对现有系统信息交换速度慢、通信控制效果不佳等问题,研究基于以太网的分布式数控(Distributed Numerical Control,DNC)通信控制系统的设计与应用.依据系统的基本功能,设计系统硬件,包括单片机控制板和无线通信交换机.以此为基础,利用以太网技术设定系统的控制程序,并结合信道物理量剔除假性信号,求取通信安全控制限制标准值,从而完成系统软件设计.系统性能测试结果显示,设计的系统可有效加快数控设备的信息交换速度,通信控制效果较好.
Design and Application of DNC Communication Control System Based on Ethernet
This paper studies the design and application of Distributed Numerical Control(DNC)communication control system based on Ethernet to solve the problems of slow information exchange and poor communication control effect in the existing system.According to the basic functions of the system,the hardware of the system is designed,including single chip microcomputer control board and wireless communication switch.Then,on this basis,the control program of the system is set by using Ethernet technology,and the false signal is eliminated by combining the channel physical quantity,and the communication security control limit standard value is obtained,thus completing the system software design.The test results of system performance show that the designed system can effectively improve the information exchange speed of CNC equipment,and the communication control effect is good.
