Design and Realization of Power Metering System Based on RS-485 Communication
As an important link in power production and consumption,the power metering system plays a crucial role in real-time monitoring and management of electricity.Therefore,this article delves into the design and implementation of a power metering system based on RS-485 communication.Firstly,the feasibility and advantages of using RS-485 communication in power metering system are determined through the study and analysis of RS-485 communication protocol.Secondly,in the hardware part,the power collection terminal based on RS-485 communication is designed,and its main functions and performance indexes are discussed in detail.Then in the software part,the control software of power metering system is developed based on C language to realize the collection,transmission and processing of power data.The correctness and stability of the design scheme of the power metering system are verified through experiments.The results show that the system has high precision and reliability and meets the metering requirements.
