大数据技术在智能用电负荷预测与优化控制中的应用

传统负荷预测和控制方法受限于数据采集与分析手段,无法满足现代电网的复杂性和实时性需求.而大数据技术的发展为智能用电负荷预测和优化控制提供了新的解决方案和应用途径.文章旨在探索大数据技术在智能用电负荷预测与优化控制中的应用,建立大数据智能用电负荷检测框架,并分析用电负荷特征,包括负荷特征获取和负荷特征选择标准.同时,提出一种基于大数据技术的负荷预测模型.通过学习和分析历史数据,模型能够准确预测未来的用电负荷情况.最后,通过实验分析验证该模型的有效性.实验结果表明,大数据技术在智能用电负荷预测和优化控制中具有良好的应用效果.
Application of Big Data Technology in Intelligent Electricity Load Forecasting and Optimization Control
Traditional load forecasting and control methods are limited by means of data acquisition and analysis,and cannot meet the complexity and real-time requirements of modern power grid.The development of big data technology provides a new solution and application way for intelligent power load forecasting and optimal control.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of big data technology in intelligent power load forecasting and optimal control,establish a framework for intelligent power load detection with big data,and analyze the characteristics of power load,including load feature acquisition and load feature selection criteria.Meanwhile,a load forecasting model based on big data technology is proposed.By studying and analyzing historical data,the model can accurately predict the future electricity load.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by experimental analysis.The experimental results show that big data technology has a good application effect in intelligent power load forecasting and optimal control.
