Analysis of Energy Storage Participation Circuit Frequency Modulation Control System Based on Double-Layer Fuzzy Control
Energy storage technology has gradually become the key technology to improve the frequency modulation performance of the system because of its fast adjustment speed and high flexibility.Double-layer fuzzy control further improves the response speed and accuracy of the control system by implementing fuzzy logic control at different levels.By introducing the basic principle of fuzzy control technology and the design idea of double-layer fuzzy control system,this paper expounds the function of energy storage system in power system frequency modulation,and designs a frequency modulation control system of energy storage participating circuit based on double-layer fuzzy control,including the interaction and optimization mechanism of double-layer control strategy,and the design method of upper and lower fuzzy controllers.
