This paper studies the intelligent inspection system of substation equipment in converter station,and expounds the architecture design and functional design of the system.The system is mainly composed of sensor network,data acquisition module,data transmission channel,data analysis engine and user interface,aiming at realizing real-time monitoring of equipment parameters,accurate data analysis and user-friendly visual interface.In the aspect of running state monitoring,the system provides an interface for real-time monitoring of equipment working and environmental parameters.In the aspect of operation state evaluation,the monitoring information model is established,and the collected data are deeply analyzed by means of cluster analysis and multivariate statistical analysis,so as to accurately judge whether the equipment state is abnormal.
