Research on Transmission Quality Evaluation and Improvement Technology of Weak Current Signal in Industrial Control System
To improve the transmission quality of weak electrical signals in industrial control systems,this article adopts a comprehensive evaluation method and a series of optimization measures.The article analyzes the transmission of weak electrical signals in an industrial control system,including key information such as signal frequency,attenuation issues,and application scenarios.Based on the evaluation indicators and methods of weak current signal transmission quality,this paper introduces an evaluation example of an industrial control system,and proposes a series of optimization measures based on the evaluation results.Through experimental verification,the optimization measures proposed in the application article can improve the transmission quality of weak current signals in terms of signal transmission distance,signal attenuation,signal interference degree,transmission stability,and data transmission rate.
