Design and Optimization of Intelligent Charging System Based on Multifunctional Modular Switching Power Supply
To improve charging efficiency,modular design and intelligent charging devices are adopted to achieve rapid replacement,upgrading,and precise control of the charging process.Through testing and optimization,system performance is improved.The optimized system charging efficiency has been improved to 95%,the accuracy of battery status monitoring has been improved to±0.5%,the utilization rate of charging stations has been increased to 90%,and the peak load of the power grid has been reduced by 20%.The intelligent management function of modular switching power supply provides protection,communication,and uninterrupted power supply,Excellent performance in Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)and human-machine interface,effectively improving system security.The article successfully designed and optimized an intelligent charging system based on a multifunctional modular switching power supply,improving charging efficiency,safety,and flexibility,providing useful reference for the intelligence and efficiency of electric vehicle charging facilities.
