Research on Composite Power Supply Applied to Aerospace Servo System
In recent years,servo system has been widely used in CNC machine tools,industrial robots,electronic manufacturing and other fields.The pulse load has the characteristics of normal low power and instantaneous high power,accompanied by backward braking energy,which will affect the stability of the system.In order to meet these challenges,this paper studies and designs a compound power supply for servo system.In this compound power supply,the energy storage capacitor is connected in parallel with the battery through a bidirectional energy compensator to supply power to the servo driver load.This method can decouple the input and output power,and then suppress the voltage fluctuation on the bus.In addition,the staggered parallel Buck/Boost topology is used to reduce the current ripple,and a state identification control strategy is proposed for the bidirectional energy compensator with this structure.The pulse load state identification algorithm is used to detect the pulse load state,and the corresponding control loop is selected according to different states.Through experimental analysis,it is verified that the bidirectional energy compensator works well and the composite power supply works normally.
