Research on Public Service User Experience in Smart City 5G Network Environment
This paper aims to explore the user experience of public services in the 5G network environment of smart cities,and puts forward corresponding promotion strategies.In the background of the 5G era,the actual situation of user experience in the field of public services is deeply explored.Based on user demand survey and satisfaction evaluation,the promotion of 5G network to service experience and existing problems are analyzed,and the service quality factors that affect user perception are deeply discussed.In order to solve these problems,we need to formulate a series of plans,and put forward strategies such as optimizing the construction and maintenance of 5G networks,improving the design and interaction of public services,strengthening user education and training,and strengthening data security and privacy protection,so as to provide useful reference for public services in the 5G network environment of smart cities.
