基于无线通信技术的PLC控制系统设计与实现

文章设计了一套基于无线通信技术的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制系统,主要研究系统的总体方案及其功能模块,包括无线通信模块、PLC处理模块、传感器模块以及远程监控模块.选用CC2530 芯片和西门子S7-1500 系列PLC,以实现高效的无线数据传输和精确的工业过程控制.仿真实验结果表明,设计的系统在数据传输性能和控制效果方面表现优异,具备良好的可行性和实用价值,对推进智能制造具有重要意义.
Design and Implementation of PLC Control System Based on Wireless Communication Technology
This paper designs a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control system based on wireless communication technology,and mainly studies the overall scheme of the system and its functional modules,including wireless communication module,PLC processing module,sensor module and remote monitoring module.CC2530 chip and Siemens S7-1500 series PLC are selected to realize efficient wireless data transmission and accurate industrial process control.The simulation results show that the designed system is excellent in data transmission performance and control effect,and has good feasibility and practical value,which is of great significance to promote intelligent manufacturing.
