Design and Implementation of Remote Monitoring and Control System for Photovoltaic Power Stations Based on Internet of Things Technology
In order to improve the operation efficiency of power station, the Internet of Things technology is adopted to construct a three-layer system architecture, including data acquisition layer, data transmission layer and data processing application layer. The data acquisition layer collects the operation data of the power station in real time by sensors; The data transmission layer ensures the real-time and accurate transmission of data; The data processing application layer is responsible for data processing, analysis and remote control. In terms of software and hardware design, the hardware part includes photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries and other key equipment, and the software part uses Acrel-2000 system to realize real-time monitoring, intelligent alarm, fault early warning and other functions.Through the SR700 industrial router to build the system, remote monitoring and control can be realized. The system is applied to 20 MW photovoltaic power station in remote mountainous areas, which effectively reduces the fault response time, improves the equipment operation efficiency, reduces the cost of manpower inspection, and improves the integrity of data records. With the continuous development of technology, the remote monitoring and control system of photovoltaic power station still has great room for improvement.Future research should focus on improving the real-time data processing ability of the system, which is helpful to realize more efficient and intelligent operation management of photovoltaic power plants.
