摘要

文章旨在研究一种基于现场总线通信的电气设备异常振动状态检测方法.该方法利用现场总线技术实时采集和传输振动数据,通过对振动数据进行预处理和特征提取,并结合支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)智能诊断模型对设备的振动状态进行自动分类和故障诊断.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效识别电机的不同故障类型,具有较高的诊断准确率和故障检出率,误报率低,诊断时延短,可为电气设备的状态监测和故障诊断提供新的思路和技术手段.

Abstract

This paper aims to study an abnormal vibration state detection method of electrical equipment based on field bus communication.This method uses the field bus technology to collect and transmit vibration data in real time.By preprocessing and feature extraction of vibration data,and combining with the intelligent diagnosis model of Support Vector Machine(SVM),the vibration state of equipment is automatically classified and diagnosed.The experimental results show that this method can effectively identify different types of motor faults,with high diagnostic accuracy and fault detection rate,low false alarm rate and short diagnostic delay,which can provide new ideas and technical means for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of electrical equipment.
