随着智能电网技术的迅速发展,变电站运维管理作为保证电网稳定运行的重要环节,人们对其自动化、智能化需求日益提高.深度学习作为一种先进的机器学习技术,通过模拟人脑的决策结构,可以有效处理和分析大量的电网数据,实现对变电站设备状态的精确预测和故障诊断.文章研究并设计一种基于深度学习的变电站运维管理系统,包括数据采集和预处理、模型训练与算法开发、设备状态实时监控以及预测性维护策略的实现,为实现变电站的高效、智能化运维提供可行的解决方案.
Research on the Design of Substation Operation and Maintenance Management System Based on Deep Learning
With the rapid development of smart grid technology,substation operation and maintenance management is an important link to ensure the stable operation of power grid,and people's demand for automation and intelligence is increasing.As an advanced machine learning technology,deep learning can effectively process and analyze a large number of power grid data by simulating the decision-making structure of human brain,and realize accurate prediction and fault diagnosis of substation equipment.This paper studies and designs a substation operation and maintenance management system based on deep learning,including data acquisition and preprocessing,model training and algorithm development,real-time monitoring of equipment status and the realization of predictive maintenance strategy,which provides a feasible solution for realizing efficient and intelligent operation and maintenance of substations.
