摘要

为提升电气工程自动化系统的可靠性与可维护性,需要探讨其通信电源故障诊断、预警方法与策略.具体地,分析电气工程自动化通信电源的工作原理、典型故障模式及原因,提出数据驱动的故障诊断与预警方法,通过高精度的数据采集、特征提取及机器学习模型实现故障预测,并进一步讨论通信电源健康管理与故障预防策略.通过健康评估指标体系的构建、局部放电监测与老化诊断技术的运用以及通信电源维护和更新的实施,达到有效预防通信电源故障的目的,为电气工程自动化稳健运行提供重要指导.

Abstract

To improve the reliability and maintainability of electrical engineering automation systems,it is necessary to explore methods and strategies for diagnosing and warning communication power supply faults.Specifically,analyze the working principle,typical fault modes,and causes of communication power supply in electrical engineering automation,propose a data-driven fault diagnosis and warning method,achieve fault prediction through high-precision data collection,feature extraction,and machine learning models,and further discuss communication power supply health management and fault prevention strategies.Through the construction of a health assessment index system,the application of partial discharge monitoring and aging diagnosis technology,and the implementation of communication power supply maintenance and updates,achieve the goal of effectively preventing communication power supply faults,in order to provide important guidance for the stable operation of electrical engineering automation.
