面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)通信技术是一种基于以太网的实时自动化通信协议,广泛应用于电力系统的保护和控制领域.它能够提供快速、可靠的数据交换,特别适用于高压电网的故障诊断.高压电网作为电力传输的主要方式,其稳定性对整个电力系统的安全运行至关重要.电网故障,包括短路、设备故障等,不仅影响供电可靠性,还可能引发更大规模的供电中断.因此,开发一套高效的故障诊断系统对于提前发现并处置潜在故障具有重要意义.基于GOOSE通信技术的高压电网运行故障诊断系统,通过故障自动检测、实时数据处理以及运行故障诊断评估 3 个步骤,实现对高压电网故障的快速准确诊断,并通过应用测试验证了系统的有效性和实用性.
Design of Operating Fault Diagnosis System of High Voltage Power Grid Based on GOOSE Communication Technology
Generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)communication technology is a real-time automatic communication protocol based on Ethernet,which is widely used in the field of power system protection and control.It can provide fast and reliable data exchange,especially suitable for fault diagnosis of high voltage power grid.As the main mode of power transmission,the stability of high voltage power grid is very important for the safe operation of the whole power system.Power grid faults,including short circuit and equipment faults,not only affect the reliability of power supply,but also may cause a larger power supply interruption.Therefore,developing an efficient fault diagnosis system is of great significance for finding and handling potential faults in advance.The fault diagnosis system of high-voltage power grid operation based on GOOSE communication technology realizes rapid and accurate fault diagnosis of high-voltage power grid through three steps:automatic fault detection,real-time data processing and fault diagnosis and evaluation,and the effectiveness and practicability of the system are verified by application tests.
