摘要

在现代化煤矿生产中,采煤机的电动机故障直接影响生产效率和安全性.传统的故障诊断方法难以适应复杂的作业环境.文章研究了基于 5G通信的采煤机电动机故障诊断系统,该系统利用 5G的高速率、低时延特点,实现电动机的实时在线监测和智能诊断.通过实验验证,系统能够准确诊断电动机的各类典型故障,为煤矿安全生产提供可靠保障.

Abstract

In modern coal mine production,the motor failure of shearer directly affects the production efficiency and safety.Traditional fault diagnosis methods are difficult to adapt to complex working environment.In this paper,the fault diagnosis system of shearer motor based on 5G communication is studied.The system uses the characteristics of 5G's high speed and low time delay to realize real-time online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of the motor.Through the experimental verification,the system can accurately diagnose various typical faults of the motor and provide reliable guarantee for safe production in coal mines.
