随着电力系统的快速发展,500 kV超高压输电线路对继电保护提出了更高要求.传统方法面临着动作速度慢、可靠性不足等技术挑战.文章将人工智能引入500 kV线路保护,设计一种基于深度学习的智能继电保护系统.该系统综合运用卷积神经网络、长短期记忆网络等智能算法,构建分层协同的保护架构.通过实验证实,该系统能够实现毫秒级的故障检测,在故障分类准确率和复杂工况适应性方面表现出色.
500 kV Power Relay Protection Technology Based on Artificial Intelligence
With the rapid development of power system,500 kV extra high voltage transmission lines put forward higher requirements for relay protection.Traditional methods are faced with technical challenges such as slow action speed and insufficient reliability.In this paper,artificial intelligence is introduced into 500 kV line protection,and an intelligent relay protection system based on deep learning is designed.The system comprehensively uses intelligent algorithms such as convolutional neural network and long-term and short-term memory network to build a layered and cooperative protection architecture.Experiments show that the system can achieve millisecond fault detection,and it is excellent in fault classification accuracy and adaptability to complex working conditions.
